Minutes of the meeting of the Rocky Mountain Mustang Club

The meeting was called to order at 3:00 PM by President George Harris.

There were no new members or guests.

The treasurer’s report and the minutes from March were read.

Old Business

Phil Long said that the club flyers will be ready next week. They are also

making a poster of the club benefits available to the club at the dealership.

Since the response to the email to accept the invitation to reminders of club

meeting was so low the secretary will continue to send out email reminders.

Michael is still looking for pictures and stories for the website. Going forward

the club newsletter will be posted on the website.

New Business

Moving the location of the club meetings to the IHOP at 5749 Stetson Hills Blvd. or

Panino's 1721 S 8th St for the months of July to November was discussed and it

was decided to let the board make the final decision.

It was asked if it would be possible to list cars and parts on the website and Michael

said it could be done.

Cars and parts were announced.

The prize drawing was held and the meeting adjourned at 3:25 PM.
