The Mustang club meeting was called to order at 3:00 PM by President George Harris.
There were no new members or guests present.
The treasurer’s report and the meeting minutes from March were read and approved.
Old Business
Phil Long announced that the club events flyers will be ready next week. They are also creating a poster showcasing the benefits of joining the Mustang club, which will be displayed at the dealership. Since the response to the email invitation for reminders about club events was low, the secretary will continue to send out email reminders for upcoming meetings. Michael is still looking for pictures and stories to feature on the website, and going forward, the club newsletter will be posted online.
New Business
The possibility of moving the location of the Mustang club meetings to the IHOP at 5749 Stetson Hills Blvd. or Panino's at 1721 S 8th St for the months of July to November was discussed, and it was decided to let the board make the final decision.
It was also suggested that listings for cars and parts could be added to the website, and Michael confirmed that this could be accomplished.
Cars and parts were announced during the meeting, followed by a prize drawing. The meeting adjourned at 3:25 PM.
